About the Role -
The role will focus on managing healthcare staffing requirements for Out-of-Hours (OOH) services, supporting candidates and ensuring shifts are filled efficiently while delivering excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage end-to-end recruitment and booking of healthcare professionals for OOH shifts.
·Source and engage healthcare professionals through databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
·Make outbound calls and follow up with candidates to identify availability and suitability.
·Book qualified candidates into available OOH shifts.
·Handle shift cancellations, replacements,
and last-minute staffing requirements.
·Respond promptly to candidate queries and provide regular updates.
What We're Looking For:
·Previous experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment is highly preferred.
·Prior experience in a target-driven recruitment/sales environment/international customer service
·Strong verbal and written communication skills.
