Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Customer Relations Associate to represent our brand on-site at our shopping mall location. You will be the primary point of contact for mall visitors, handling in-person inquiries, managing feedback, assisting with promotional events, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

This is an onsite, full-time position offering performance-based career growth and salary increases.

Key Responsibilities

- Visitor Assistance: Greet shoppers warmly and assist with directory directions, store locations, mall facilities, and event information.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally onsite, escalating complex matters to mall management when necessary.
- Information & Desk Management: Manage the central information desk, issue promotional vouchers/passes, log lost and found items, and handle visitor records.
- Event & Campaign Support: Assist with on-site marketing activations, seasonal events, and mall-wide loyalty programs.
- Store & Security Coordination: Work closely with mall retailers, security personnel, and housekeeping teams to maintain a safe, seamless shopper environment.

Compensation & Benefits




- Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Full Attendance Allowance: ₹1,000 per month (awarded for 100% scheduled shift attendance and punctuality)

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School (10+2) or Graduate in any field.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Presentable personality with a welcoming, customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-footfall environment.

Work Schedule & Working Conditions
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour shift inclusive of break time)
- Presence: On-site presence required at the shopping mall customer service desk.
- Days: 6 days a week with rotational week off (weekends and public holiday availability required based on peak mall hours).
