Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Online Telemarketing Executive to join our team for our Jewellery and Optical businesses. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms, promoting our products and offers, generating leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and leads received through online platforms.
- Promote offers & new arrivals of jewellery, eyewear, sunglasses and lenses.
- Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate appointments and encourage customers to visit the showroom.
- Follow up with customers regularly to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams for customer visits and enquiries.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.




- Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with the management.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or a similar role. Freshers are also welcome.
- Experience in jewellery, opticals, retail, or luxury products will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and social media.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
