Role Description As an Onboarding Executive at Nextdeal, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new users, including property owners, buyers, and real estate agents. You will guide customers through account setup, platform navigation, and feature usage to ensure a smooth and positive first experience. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, addressing user questions, collecting feedback, and documenting onboarding workflows and procedures.

You will also track onboarding metrics, identify process improvements,



and help optimize user engagement on the platform. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist and guide new users through the onboarding process.

- Customer service and relationship management abilities to build trust and retain platform users.

- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple onboarding cases and follow-ups efficiently.

- Basic technical aptitude and comfort working with digital platforms, CRMs, and data entry tools.

- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for resolving user issues and documenting processes accurately.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

- Prior experience in onboarding, customer success, or operations, ideally in tech or real estate, is an advantage.
