- To raise monthly MTS in the system (EOA) for Anglo Africa.

- Pending EOA reconciliation & follow-up for on-time delivery with PPIC.

- Preparation of the Near Expiry Stock Liquidation file &
• Bonus file.

- Updation of OP Stock, Forecast, Near Expiry Stock &
• Invoice Reconciliation (Transit Stock) in Stock Float.

- Cross-functional team requires data to submit (e.g., QA/DRA/Legal Dept. – Product Complaint Related &
• NOC).

- Support team for dispatch documentation, if required.

nQualification:

- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
n
- MBA in Operations
n
n
nExperience:
n3–4 years of relevant experience in SAP operations, export documentation, order processing, or a related field.

nKey Skills:

- Working knowledge of SAP operations.
n
- Valuable understanding of export documentation and order processing.
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good coordination and time management skills.
