Key Responsibilities

- Assist Operators, Assistant Operators and Supervisors in day-to-day production activities.

- Support loading, unloading, shifting and handling of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods.

- Arrange and prepare paper, paperboard, films, labels, inks, chemicals, packaging materials and other production inputs as instructed.

- Assist during machine setup, job changeover, material change and production activities.

- Collect, stack, arrange and transfer materials/products safely and systematically.

- Assist in counting, sorting, checking and segregation of materials and finished products as instructed.

- Support identification and separation of OK, HOLD and Rejected material.

- Inform the concerned Operator or Supervisor about any quality issue, material damage, machine abnormality or safety concern observed during work.

- Assist in routine cleaning of machines, tools, equipment and work areas as instructed.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the assigned production area.

- Keep tools, materials and production accessories in their designated locations.

- Handle materials,



products and equipment carefully to minimize damage and wastage.

- Follow Job Cards, work instructions and directions provided by the concerned Operator or Supervisor.

- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and workplace rules.

- Support different production departments whenever required based on production requirements and manpower allocation.

- Assist in movement of materials between Stores, Production, Quality, Finishing and Packing areas as instructed.

- Maintain proper discipline, punctuality and attendance during the assigned shift.

- Cooperate with team members and maintain effective coordination with Operators and Supervisors.

- Carry out any other production-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or Department In-charge.

Education:

- 8th / 10th / 12th / ITI pass preferred.

Experience:

- Freshers can be considered.

- Previous experience in printing, packaging, manufacturing or other industrial environments will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹13,700.00 per month
