Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day manufacturing activities in the assigned area in compliance with cGMP, SOPs and safety requirements.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of batch manufacturing records and manufacturing documentation.

- Verify raw materials and coordinate with QA, QC, Stores and Engineering/Maintenance for smooth manufacturing operations.

- Monitor area cleaning, equipment cleaning, fumigation and secure handling of materials/chemicals.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and equipment and provide on-the-job training to workmen.

- Execute and review manufacturing transactions in SAP and PAS-X, including Shop Floor Orders, Manufacturing Orders, material reservations and stock handling.

- Maintain and review e-logbooks, equipment and calibration records and ensure timely system entries.





- Coordinate breakdown maintenance activities and ensure timely closure of related SAP notifications.

- Ensure proper handling and disposal of rejected materials and process waste.

- Support compliance, documentation and other manufacturing activities as assigned by the superior.

Education & Qualification:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm/ B.Sc/ M.Sc from a recognized institution.

- Relevant qualification and experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / production will be preferred.

Experience:

- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / production operations.

- Candidates with experience in cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments will be preferred.

- Exposure to SAP and PAS-X / electronic manufacturing systems will be an added advantage.
