Role Description The Occupational Therapist will provide assessment and intervention services for children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges in an early intervention setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering one-on-one and small-group sessions, and tracking progress through clear documentation and outcome measures. The role involves close collaboration with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, family-centered care and effective home programs.





The therapist will participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities to maintain high standards of clinical practice. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualised intervention plans.
- Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development, including early intervention principles and age-appropriate assessment tools.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with children, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution; current registration or eligibility to register with appropriate professional bodies.
- Experience working with children in clinical or school-based settings is preferred; familiarity with sensory integration or neurodevelopmental approaches is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical practice, family-centered care, and continuous learning through supervision, training, and evidence-based updates.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, manage caseloads responsibly, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
