Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Observability to manage the end-to-end engineering and development of Observability solutions within CTO CIB & HCIB Technology.

The candidate will be responsible for analysing business and technical requirements, designing and implementing technology solutions, and developing robust Observability foundations across Public and Private Cloud environments.

The role requires a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in Observability tools, technologies, automation, and modern monitoring practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end engineering of Observability solutions across Public and Private Cloud environments.
- Analyse stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade Observability platforms.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.




- Work with stakeholders and technology teams to define and implement Observability strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, monitoring solutions, and operational metrics.
- Drive automation and integration of Observability solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish and implement SLI/SLO frameworks and monitoring standards.
- Troubleshoot complex performance, availability, and monitoring-related issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and communicate technical solutions effectively.

Desired Skills

- Proven experience in SLI/SLO creation and implementation.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
- Experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong senior stakeholder management experience.
- Experience working in the Financial Services / Banking domain.
- Knowledge of Public and Private Cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide hands-on technical leadership in a complex enterprise environment.
