Key Responsibilities

- Patient Care &
- Management:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in the Outpatient Department (OPD), Inpatient Department (IPD), Labour Room, and Emergency.

- Obstetric Duties: Monitor patients during labour, conduct normal vaginal deliveries, and manage antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.

- Surgical &

- Procedural Support:

Assist consultants in Caesarean sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopic procedures, while performing minor/major procedures based on competency.

- Emergency Response: Attend to emergency complications such as postpartum hemorrhage, eclampsia, and ectopic pregnancies.

- Ward Rounds &

- Documentation:

Conduct daily rounds, maintain accurate clinical records, and coordinate with nursing and support staff.

- Academic &





- Supervisory Roles:

Teach and guide junior residents, interns, and medical students (especially in teaching hospital settings.

Eligibility &

- Qualifications

- Education: MBBS with a post-graduate degree or diploma (MS, MD, DNB, or DGO) in Obstetrics &
- Gynaecology.

- Registration: Valid medical council registration.

- Experience: 0 to 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (fresh post-graduates are often accepted for residency training positions

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
