Position: Nursing Superintendent

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM with relevant hospital experience

Experience: Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory/administrative nursing experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall supervision and management of nursing services across all hospital departments.
- Prepare and monitor nursing duty rosters, shift allocation and manpower requirements.
- Ensure adequate nursing staff availability as per patient workload and department requirements.
- Monitor nursing standards, patient care quality and compliance with hospital policies.
- Supervise Ward In-charges and nursing staff and ensure proper coordination between departments.
- Conduct regular nursing rounds and monitor patient care practices.
- Ensure proper nursing documentation, medication administration records and handover procedures.
- Monitor compliance with infection prevention and control practices.
- Ensure adherence to NABH standards, hospital SOPs and patient safety protocols.
- Identify training requirements and arrange/coordinate nursing training and competency programs.
- Address nursing staff grievances, discipline and performance-related issues in coordination with HR.
- Coordinate with doctors, Medical Superintendent, HR and other departments for smooth hospital operations.
- Monitor incidents, patient complaints and corrective/preventive actions related to nursing services.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of nursing equipment and supplies.

1. OT Staff / OT Technician

Department: Operation Theatre Position: OT Staff / OT Technician

Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent qualification

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the Operation Theatre before scheduled procedures.
- Ensure availability and readiness of surgical instruments, equipment, consumables and other OT requirements.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
- Handle surgical instruments and OT equipment safely and appropriately.
- Maintain proper sterilization and aseptic techniques.
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols at all times.
- Assist with preparation of patients before surgery and transfer after the procedure as required.
- Maintain proper counting of instruments, needles, swabs and other surgical items.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection and readiness of OT after every procedure.
- Maintain OT registers, checklists and other required documentation.
- Monitor availability and expiry of OT consumables and report shortages to the concerned authority.
- Follow hospital SOPs, patient safety standards and NABH requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, CSSD and other departments.

1. Medical Representative (MR)

Department: Marketing / Business Development

Position: Medical Representative

Qualification: Graduate; candidates with pharmaceutical, healthcare or sales background preferred

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors and healthcare programs to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes and other referral sources.
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned doctors and healthcare facilities.
- Generate and follow up on leads and potential patient referrals.
- Communicate hospital services, specialties, facilities and treatment offerings accurately.
- Support patient referral and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned field visit, lead generation and business development targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, doctor databases, follow-ups and other required records.
- Identify current referral opportunities and develop relationships with potential referral partners.
- Coordinate with the hospital's Marketing, Operations and Clinical teams.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, doctor meetings and promotional activities.
- Maintain a professional image and represent the hospital appropriately in the field.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market activities, doctor requirements and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
