Note: This is NOT a clinical nursing vacancy. We are hiring a Nursing Tutor/Faculty for our coaching institute, which trains nurses for various competitive examinations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Nursing Tutor to deliver high-quality, exam-oriented teaching and mentor students throughout their preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classes in various nursing subjects.
- Develop PPTs, notes, MCQs, question banks, and other academic content.
- Review and monitor the quality of classes and content delivered by other faculty members.
- Mentor and guide active students in their academic preparation.
- Conduct revision, doubt-clearing, and exam-oriented sessions.
- Collaborate with faculty members to maintain consistent academic standards.
- Stay updated with examination patterns, syllabus, and significant topics.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of nursing subjects and competitive examinations.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Good content-development and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching/coaching experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
