We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Supervisor to supervise nursing activities, ensure proper patient care, and maintain compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily nursing activities.
- Ensure proper patient care and adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
- Monitor nursing documentation and patient records.
- Coordinate with Nursing In-charges, doctors, and other departments.
- Ensure proper staffing and duty allocation.
- Monitor compliance with infection control, medication safety, and patient safety practices.
- Conduct rounds and identify operational or patient-care-related issues.
- Support staff training, competency assessment, and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure timely reporting and follow-up of incidents and near-miss events.
- Assist in maintaining NABH standards and hospital quality requirements.
Eligibility
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM preferred.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Relevant experience in a hospital setting.
- Previous experience in a supervisory nursing role will be preferred.
- Positive communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
