We are looking for an experienced Nursing Superintendent to oversee nursing operations and support high-quality patient care at a hospital in Adoni, Kurnool. The role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating nursing services, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting compliance with hospital policies and applicable quality standards.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. Nursing.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Nursing Superintendent.
- Experience working in an NABH-accredited hospital preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient safety, and infection-control procedures.
- Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and services.
- Supervise, guide, and coordinate nursing staff across departments.
- Ensure quality and secure nursing care for patients.
- Monitor nursing standards, protocols, and clinical practices.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital management, and other departments.
- Support staff scheduling, deployment, and workforce requirements.
- Monitor infection-control and patient-safety practices.
- Maintain and review nursing documentation and records.
- Support NABH-related quality and compliance activities.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
