Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursing Educator to plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing education and training programs for nursing staff. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening clinical knowledge, nursing skills, patient safety practices, and professional competency through structured education and continuous training.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and conduct orientation and induction programs for newly joined nursing staff.
- Plan and conduct regular training programs, in-service education, and continuing nursing education (CNE).
- Assess the educational and training needs of nursing staff based on clinical requirements.
- Conduct competency assessments and skill-based training for nursing personnel.
- Develop and maintain training schedules, lesson plans, teaching materials, and educational resources.
- Educate staff on patient safety, infection prevention and control, medication safety, and quality improvement practices.
- Support preparation and training related to NABH and other applicable healthcare quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing education and training programs.
- Maintain records of attendance, competency assessments, training programs, and staff performance.




- Coordinate with Nursing Administration and clinical departments to identify training requirements.
- Participate in nursing audits, quality improvement activities, and patient safety initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to nursing staff to improve clinical competency and professional practice.
- Organize mock drills, skill assessments, and emergency preparedness training as required.
- Stay updated with current nursing practices, evidence-based guidelines, and healthcare developments.
- Prepare periodic reports on nursing education and training activities for Nursing Administration.
