RASYA Clinic is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse who is a recent graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Nursing. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to learn and develop their nursing skills. The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training and be part of a supportive healthcare team. Good communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a professional attitude are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors in patient care and medical procedures.
- Monitor and record patient vitals, medical history, and other relevant data.
- Administer prescribed medications and assist in treatment procedures under supervision.
- Maintain accurate medical records using computer systems.
- Provide basic nursing care to patients and ensure their comfort.
- Educate patients regarding their treatment plans and post-care instructions.
- Coordinate with the medical team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Uphold clinic policies and maintain a hygienic, protected, and professional environment at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: Fresh graduates (training will be provided).
- Languages Required: English, Telugu.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using computers.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, patience, empathy, and a willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting.
