Staff Nurse / Nursing Assistant

Dr Priya Skin and Hair Clinic is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our growing healthcare team in Marathahalli, Bangalore.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care and ensure patient comfort during consultations and procedures.
- Assist doctors during dermatology, cosmetology, and hair treatment procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and maintain accurate medical records.
- Prepare patients for treatments and explain pre- and post-procedure instructions.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as directed by the doctor.
- Perform blood collection (venipuncture), sample labeling, and basic specimen handling when required.
- Assist in coordinating laboratory investigations and maintaining test records.
- Maintain clinical hygiene, sterilization, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Assist in dressing changes, wound care, PRP procedures, and minor clinical procedures.
- Coordinate appointments, patient follow-ups, and treatment schedules.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations and provide excellent patient support.

Required Qualifications





- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM).
- Valid nursing certification/registration preferred.
- 1–2 years of clinical or nursing experience.
- Experience in blood collection and basic laboratory procedures is an added advantage.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and medical documentation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic, skin, hair, or healthcare clinics.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Experience in IV administration, injections, blood withdrawal, and sample handling.
- Familiarity with laboratory documentation and reporting processes.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong patient-care approach.
