Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Gynecology Nurse to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to gynecology and obstetric patients, assisting doctors during consultations and procedures, and maintaining proper patient records and nursing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to gynecology and obstetric patients.

- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition.

- Assist gynecologists during examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.

- Prepare patients for gynecological procedures and investigations.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.

- Monitor patients before and after procedures.

- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and documentation.

- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.

- Educate patients and attendants regarding medications, hygiene, follow-up, and general care.

- Maintain infection-control and patient-safety standards.

- Ensure proper handling and availability of emergency equipment and supplies.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.

- Maintain cleanliness, confidentiality, and professional conduct.

- Follow hospital policies, SOPs,



and NABH-related quality and safety standards.

Eligibility

- ANM/DGNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required.

- Experience in Gynecology / Obstetrics & Gynecology will be preferred.

- Candidates with experience in related clinical departments such as General Nursing, General Medicine, General Surgery, Oncology, Pediatrics, or other hospital-based clinical areas may also apply.

- Freshers are not preferred.

- Valid Nursing Council registration.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.

- Patient-friendly attitude and good clinical skills.

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹25,718.23 per month
