Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end new product development projects for plastic products.
- Develop innovative products based on customer requirements and market trends.
- Select suitable polymer grades and raw materials based on product application.
- Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams during product development.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for recent products.
- Develop product specifications, BOMs, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Plan and execute product trials, validation, and pilot production.
- Resolve technical issues during product development and production scale-up.
- Work closely with tool manufacturers for mold development and modifications.
- Ensure products comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Manage multiple development projects while meeting project timelines and budgets.
- Drive product improvement, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support customers during product development, sampling, and approval stages.
- Mentor and guide the NPD team to improve technical capabilities and project executio
