Hiring - Non-IT Recruiter

Role Summary

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback and offer discussions.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate candidate data.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Drive positions within defined TAT and hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Good sourcing and screening skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
