Teleperformance is hiring Chat Process Executives for its Non-Voice Customer Support process in the Travel Domain.

Work Location: Gurugram – Plot No. 398, Udyog Vihar Phase III, Sector 1

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Chat / Customer Support

Salary: 28,000/- In-Hand

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and effective resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain appropriate response time and accuracy while handling multiple chats.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Chat Support / Customer Support.
- Candidates with Travel Domain experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior chat process experience are preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Typing speed of 25–30 WPM.




- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who have:
- Immediate or early joining availability.
- Prior Chat/Non-Voice customer support experience.
- Good knowledge of the Travel Domain.
- Robust written communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.
