We’re looking for a New Product Development (BioChemistry) Intern to join our team and be at the heart of developing and delivering products that make a difference.

This role is only for recent graduates in cosmetology or biotechnology who are eager to translate their academic knowledge into real-world impact.

Role & Responsibilities:

Product Development:

- Assist in new product development and formulation based on product requirements.
- Conduct ingredient and raw material research for safety, quality, and functionality.
- Support formulation trials, testing, and product sampling.
- Maintain R&D; documentation, formulation records, and test reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams for product development.
- Track product performance, feedback, and improvements during development.
- Assist in ensuring products meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Production Planning:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet product launch timelines.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of raw materials.
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues,



and implement improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards at every stage of production.

Documentation & Compliance:

- Prepare technical documentation for product formulations, processes, and packaging.
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements for domestic and international markets.
- Maintain thorough records of trials, formulations, and production runs.

Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for passionate, detail-oriented individuals with:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Understanding of cosmetic formulation, ingredients, and product development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production planning software (preferred).
- Creativity, a can-do attitude, and a passion for grooming and cosmetics.
