Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates for Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and related roles.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, databases,
and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience in IT, Non-IT, or Life Sciences recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn Pharma and Life Sciences recruitment.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced recruitment environment.
