Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
languages - Hindi Must, English, kannada and Tamil
Eligibility
6months –4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (Freshers with excellent Hindi communication skills may also apply).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals is preferred.
