Role Description This is a full time, on-site Non IT Recruiter role based in Noida, focused on hiring for ecommerce and related business functions. The Non IT Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment cycle, including understanding role requirements, drafting job postings, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and supporting offer negotiations and onboarding activities.



The recruiter will maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring for non-technical roles, preferably within the ecommerce or retail sector.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, understand role requirements, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and common recruitment platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agency or corporate recruitment environments is an advantage.
