Key Responsibilities :
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Non‑IT positions
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates & hiring managers
Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports
Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Must‑Have Skills :
Strong experience in Non‑IT hiring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have good knowledge and exposure on MS office and reporting
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, energetic environment
Proficiency in sourcing tools, job portals, and social recruiting
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
