You will learn how to source, screen, and select the right candidates for various non-technical industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing potential candidates from different channels like job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and applications to validate matching qualifications and skills.
- Conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess communication skills, alignment, and interest.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining a structured database of candidates and tracking recruitment progress.





Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
- Good interpersonal skills with a confident and convincing personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet surfing.
- Ability to work from our Koramangala office daily.
