Job SummaryWe are looking for a target-driven Non-IT Recruiter who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout, follow-ups, and successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen CVs based on job requirements, experience, skills, salary, notice period, and location.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidates' communication, stability, suitability, and interest.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations within approved budgets.
- Manage offer rollout and ensure candidates successfully join on the committed date.
- Work on multiple open positions simultaneously and meet daily/weekly hiring targets.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build a strong pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
- Reduce candidate dropouts and offer back-outs through consistent engagement.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment updates.

Required Skills
- 1–5 years of hands-on Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Strong experience using Naukri and other job portals.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Good negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring deadlines.
- Target-oriented approach with strong ownership of closures.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Preferred CandidateCandidates who have independently handled high-volume as well as niche Non-IT hiring, have a strong record of achieving closures, and can manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining will be preferred. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
