Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across the organization.

- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.

- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate and schedule interview rounds with hiring managers.

- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding selection, documentation, and joining.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously.

- Coordinate offer/LOI documentation and joining formalities.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth joining.

- Meet recruitment targets and close positions within the defined timelines.

- Maintain proper recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
