- Must have experience in front desk for at least 05 years, and fair knowledge about other departments also.
- Verification of documentation and folders of residing guests including night audit.
- Coordination and monitoring of all departments functioning during night hours, especially security & maintenance.
- Control of housekeeping staff to get prepared for the following day.
- To address and resolve any complaints from the guests.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
- Handle complaints and specific customers requests.
