Qualification: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS
Experience: 2–7 Years, with NICU / Pediatric Critical Care experience preferred
Location: Kausa, Mumbra, Thane
Employment: Full time
Duty: Rotational Shifts
Joining: Immediate joining preferred
Salary: Best in Industry / Negotiable based on qualification & experience
Key Responsibilities
- NICU patient monitoring and day-to-day clinical management
- Assist Neonatologists / Pediatricians in managing premature and high-risk newborns
- Neonatal emergency and resuscitation support
- Monitoring vitals, oxygen therapy and treatment orders
- Coordination with consultants and NICU nursing team
- Maintain complete clinical documentation and progress notes
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety and NABH protocols
- Immediate escalation of deterioration or emergencies to the concerned consultant
