nFUSELEC is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Manager – New Business Development to lead current customer acquisition, market development and business growth across India and international markets.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n

n• Identify and develop new customers, markets and business opportunities

n• Build strong relationships with utilities, OEMs, EPCs, panel builders, distributors and channel partners

n• Manage the complete opportunity cycle from initial enquiry to quotation, negotiation and order conversion

n• Develop new export markets and strategic channel partnerships

n• Coordinate with engineering, quality and manufacturing teams to address customer requirements

n• Represent FUSELEC at customer meetings, business visits, industry forums, exhibitions and international events

n• Present the company’s products,



capabilities and value proposition professionally to customers and business partners

n

nCandidate Profile

n

n• Relevant experience in Business Development, Industrial Sales, Export Sales or Key Account Management

n• Experience in electrical, switchgear, power distribution or related industrial products preferred

n• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills

n• Confident and professional in representing the company with customers and industry stakeholders

n• Engineering and/or Business Management qualification preferred

n• Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally
