Role & Responsibilities of L2 network Engineer

· Hands on experience with switching technologies like Vlan, STP, Etherchannel, VTP.

· Hands on experience with routing technologies like static, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF

· Hands on experience with Firewall technologies like NAT, PBR, Site to Site, GRE, Remote access vpn, IPS and IDS. preferred vendors Palo alto and Checkpoint

· Hands on experience with wireless, preferred vendor Aruba

· Hands on experience with MPLS and SD-WAN technologies

· Hands on experience with Link Load Balancer and WAF(Radware and F5)

· Hands on experience with Cloud network and security. preferred AWS and Azure

· Perform network maintenance and perform system upgrades including pacthes, hot fixes and security configuration

· Managing branch and Data centre networks





· Co-ordination with ISP for wan link management, SLA monitoring, Link commissioning and decommissioning

· Providing L2 and L3 support and handling escalation from branches, tech team and co-ordinate with helpdesk team to understand and resolve the issue

· Good troubleshooting knowledge of switching, routing, firewall, wireless, LB and Cloud

· Inventory management for all wan links, network devices and system upgrades

· Good communication skill and attitude to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
