We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator (Contract to hire) nto manage and support enterprise IT systems, servers, virtualization platforms, backup environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and associated network operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, Domain Services and DNS
- Manage and troubleshoot VMware and Hyper-V environments




- Manage enterprise backup and recovery solutions, including Veeam
- Support data centre operations and ensure high system availability
- Provide L2 network support, including troubleshooting of connectivity and network-related issues
- Support and administer firewalls and related security configurations
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration, security and compliance
- Handle system incidents, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and timely resolution
- Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, SOPs and operational records
- Support IT processes and documentation aligned with ISO 27001:2022 requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system-related issues and activities

Preferred Profile

- BCA, MCA, BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Computer Science / IT
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in System Administration / IT Operations
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam and Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of firewalls and L2 networking
- CCNA, MCSE or similar certifications will be preferred
- Good understanding of IT security and ISO 27001:2022 practices
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, teamwork and time-management skills
