Robust Proxy / Network Security Profile with hands-on Proxy solution managementMandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of overall network security experience, with at least 2 years managing Proxy solutions, including hands-on experience with Netskope.Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience in incident, problem, service-request, change, configuration, and capacity management of a Proxy setup, assisting with day-to-day BAU MACDs and configuration changes, and maintaining SLAs for incidents in the queue.Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience using network monitoring tools to isolate events before service degradation, supporting incident monitoring/response, resolving trouble tickets with users, and performing immediate troubleshooting for outagesMandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have proficiency in Proxy management across Windows, Linux, and Unix environments, with knowledge and understanding of policies and exceptions.Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have experience with packet capture, analysis, and troubleshooting tools across OSI Layers 1–3 (network, transport, session, presentation, application).Mandatory (Skill): Must have experience applying security patches, deploying/maintaining Proxy access and security policies, daily performance checks, audits/compliance, OEM coordination (TAC, RMA, reconfiguration), and scheduled config backups.Mandatory (Domain): Banking-industry experience preferred; strong candidates with the same technical experience from another industry are acceptable.Mandatory (Note): Must be comfortable with a 24/7 NOC rotational shift environment at the client site (IDFC Bank, Airoli, Navi Mumbai), able to work in a fast-pacedMandatory (Communication): Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills,
