- Take complete ownership of assigned network projects
- Plan and manage recent customer connectivity, network upgrades, relocations and disconnect projects
- Provide L1/L2/L3 network support for critical IT service interruptions
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and RCA
- Handle customer and internal escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and external stakeholders
- Design and upgrade enterprise/customer network infrastructure
- Re-architect network segments based on business and technology requirements
- Evaluate existing network infrastructure and recommend improvements
- Support network engineering, implementation and operational activities
- Participate in major network infrastructure upgrade and enhancement projects
- Ensure network documentation, engineering tools and operational procedures are maintained
- Drive process improvements, lessons learned and service enhancements
- Monitor SLA compliance and support high-priority incident resolution
- Participate in disaster recovery and network recovery activities
