Network Engineer Experience: 7-10 yrs

Work Location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Work mode: Hybrid (all requirements sent to you by default are hybrid or 3 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support Cisco-based network infrastructure including routers and switches (Core, Distribution, Access layers)
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless environments (WLC, Access Points)
- Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
- Provide L2/L3 support for network-related issues
- Act as a primary point of contact for the client.




- Coordinate with Field Services / Hands & Feet teams for in office support (hardware, cabling, replacements)
- Participate in KT sessions, documentation, and transition activities
- Ensure SLA adherence and follow incident/change management processes
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and reports

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in Cisco Routers (ISR/ASR) and Switches (Catalyst/Nexus)
- Knowledge of networking protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
- Strong understanding of VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, ACLs, NAT
- Experience with Cisco Wireless (WLC, Access Points)
- Experience with Cisco Video Conferencing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Client handling and stakeholder communication experience
- Experience working with global teams
- Coordination with field support teams

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of network security (Firewall, VPN, NAC)
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Exposure to SD-WAN, MPLS or WAN technologies
