Key Skills

Hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto and/or F5 • Robust expertise in Switching, Routing, OSPF, BGP, VRF, EVPN/VXLAN • Experience with Load Balancing and VPN technologies • Strong knowledge of network security, monitoring and troubleshooting • Experience supporting critical production/cloud environments • Good understanding of incident, problem and change management • Experience with network automation/scripting is an advantage • Exposure to Jira, ServiceNow and network observability tools

Responsibilities •

Provide L2/L3 support for network incidents and complex production issues.

- Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, load balancing and connectivity issues.
- Monitor network availability, performance,



latency and overall health.
- Perform RCA and implement solutions for recurring incidents.
- Support customer onboarding, connectivity setup and cutover activities.
- Maintain network security in line with defined security standards and policies.
- Perform network device upgrades, patching and lifecycle management.
- Support network automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with Engineering, Security, Governance and Cloud teams to resolve critical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
