nRole Summary

nWe are seeking a seasoned .NET + Python Backend Developer with over 5 years of engineering experience to join our core backend team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side systems that power Starzen digital ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between robust enterprise architecture (.NET) and agile automation, scripting, and AI workflows (Python) to drive innovation.

nCore Responsibilities

- Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend services using .NET/C# and Python framework components.
n
- API Architecture: Develop and optimize high-throughput RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration between multiple systems and frontend platforms.
n
- Database Management: Write complex queries, optimize stored procedures, and manage relational database schemas using SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
n
- Automation & Scripting: Leverage Python to build automation scripts, data processing pipelines, and internal tools to speed up delivery operations.
n
- AI/ML Integration: Work on integrating cutting-edge AI/ML components and advanced algorithms into existing backend infrastructures.
n
- Code Quality & Maintenance:



Implement data protection and cybersecurity best practices while identifying bottlenecks and debugging system glitches.
n
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional global teams in India and Qatar to translate strategic business requirements into scalable technology products.

nRequired Technical Skills & Experience

n

n
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated backend development experience.
n
- Core Frameworks: Advanced, hands-on experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, and C#.
n
- Python Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python for backend integration, scripting, automation, and data handling.
n
- Data Layer: Extensive experience working with Entity Framework or equivalent ORMs.
n
- Databases: Strong commanding knowledge of relational databases, specifically SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
n
- APIs: Extensive experience creating and managing secure RESTful APIs.
n
- Emerging Tech: Direct exposure to or familiarity with AI/ML integrations and models within production applications.
