- Strong understanding of fabrication processes.

- Knowledge of structural steel, plate fabrication, piping, and sheet metal.

- Expertise in nesting software (SigmaNEST, Pronest, Lantek, AutoNest, Most 2D, etc.).

- Ability to read fabrication drawings and BOMs.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Familiarity with production planning and inventory control.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in fabrication, steel structures, heavy engineering, or sheet metal manufacturing.

- Experience with CNC laser, plasma, or oxy-fuel cutting operations.

- Hands-on experience in production planning, nesting, and raw material planning.
