Role Purpose :

The Intelligent Automation Specialist is responsible for guiding and working with a team of developers and testers to independently implement automation solutions. This role requires the ability to analyse business processes, suggest improvements, and develop RPA solutions.

Key Accountabilities :

- Gather Detailed Requirements from Business Stakeholders : Engage with business stakeholders across the bank to gather end-to-end process details for identified automation projects.
- Document 'as is' business processes and prepare Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), automation architecture, and technical/solution design documents.
- Work closely with functional experts and the RPA team to ensure technical integration and development conform to requirements.




- Develop RPA solutions using UiPath and OCR solutions using UiPath Document understanding.
- Adhere to technology-related standards, policies, and procedures such as standardization frameworks and coding standards.

Tech Stack :

- UiPath (Advanced Certification required), UiPath Apps, Document Understanding, AI Centre.
- Programming : C#, Java, HTML, CSS, VB, .NET, SQL.

Requirements :

- Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as UiPath Developer preferably in a financial services organization.
- Solid planning, analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
