Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month performance incentives
## About the Role
We are looking for a strong communicator who is disciplined, organised and comfortable with follow-ups to join our NDR and operations team.
Your primary responsibility will be to contact customers whose orders could not be delivered, understand the reason, attempt to recover the order and ensure every outcome is correctly recorded.
This is a combination of:
Customer Calling Follow-up Problem Solving Reporting The role requires someone who can speak confidently with customers while maintaining accurate records and following processes consistently.
## Key Responsibilities
### NDR Calling
- Call customers for non-delivery attempts
- Understand the reason for non-delivery
- Speak with customers professionally and confidently
- Attempt to recover genuine delivery opportunities
- Confirm customer availability and delivery preferences
- Coordinate with the logistics/courier team where required
- Follow up on unresolved cases
- Escalate significant or high-value cases
### Reporting & MIS
- Update the outcome of every call accurately
- Maintain daily NDR calling reports
- Track pending cases and follow-ups
- Maintain customer and order information correctly
- Report recurring NDR reasons
- Prepare daily performance reports
- Ensure no assigned case is missed
### Coordination
You will work closely with:
- NDR/MIS team
- Logistics team
- Sales team
- Customer support
- Courier partners The goal is simple:
Reduce avoidable NDR and recover as many genuine orders as possible.
## What We Are Looking For

- Good Hindi and English communication

- Basic Google Sheets/Excel knowledge

- Ability to handle repetitive work without losing accuracy
- A robust sense of ownership
Experience in telecalling, customer support, D2C, e-commerce, logistics or inside sales is preferred.
## What Will Matter Most
We are not looking for someone who simply makes calls.
If you are good at the job, your performance will be visible in the numbers.
## Example Situation A customer has a ₹2,999 order.
The courier has attempted delivery twice.
The customer says
> “I was not available earlier. Now I don't want the order.”
You will need to understand the actual reason, handle the conversation professionally, address the concern where possible and try to recover the delivery.

- You are uncomfortable with targets
- You struggle to communicate confidently with customers
- You want a purely desk-based data-entry job
## Education
12th pass or graduate.
Relevant experience is preferred, but strong communication skills and the right attitude can compensate for limited experience.
