We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National General Manager – EV Charging to lead and scale our pan-India EV charging business across South India. The role will have end-to-end responsibility for business strategy, charging-network expansion, operations, P&L;, strategic partnerships, project execution, team leadership, and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's national EV charging business strategy and growth plan.
- Own the P&L;, revenue, profitability, and business targets for the EV charging division.
- Lead pan-India deployment of AC, DC fast-charging and high-capacity charging infrastructure.
- Identify and develop strategic charging locations including highways, cities, malls, hotels, fuel stations, commercial properties, fleet hubs, and parking facilities.
- Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, fleet operators, real-estate companies, energy companies, fuel retailers, government agencies, and investors.
- Develop and manage CPO/network operations,



ensuring charger uptime, reliability, customer experience, and service quality.
- Establish business models including CAPEX, OPEX, franchise, revenue-share, lease, and managed-service models.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, safety, EV-charging and government regulations.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Civil Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 10-15+ years of total qualified experience.
- Significant leadership experience in EV charging, EV infrastructure, renewable energy, solar, power, electrical infrastructure, automotive or related industries.
- Willingness to travel extensively across south India.
