We are looking for an experienced National General Manager – C&I; to lead our Commercial & Industrial solar business across south India.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the national C&I; solar business strategy.
- Achieve annual sales, revenue, order-book, and profitability targets.
- Develop large-scale Commercial & Industrial solar projects across India.
- Drive B2B sales and business development through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
- Identify new markets, customers, projects, and business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations for CAPEX, OPEX, RESCO, PPA, EPC, rooftop and other applicable solar models.
- Manage key accounts and strategic corporate relationships.
- Coordinate with engineering, EPC, procurement, finance, legal, and project teams for successful project execution.
- Monitor project economics, margins, collections, and overall profitability.
- Develop strategic partnerships with EPC companies, technology providers, consultants, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, MIS, and management reports.

Candidate Requirements
- 10-15+ years of qualified experience,



preferably in C&I; Solar / Renewable Energy / Solar EPC / Power.
- Strong track record in B2B solar business development and sales.
- 100% willingness to travel extensively accros south India.

Education & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
