We are now expanding our presence across India and are looking for Distribution Partners / Franchisee Partners who can build and develop the Encompass business in their respective locations.

The Opportunity

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals or organizations who are interested in building a long-term financial services distribution business with the support of an established platform.

As an Encompass Distribution Partner, you will be responsible for developing relationships with investors in your territory and helping them with their mutual fund investment requirements, while Encompass provides the required technology platform, operational support, product support, portfolio assistance and financial-planning ecosystem.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals who want to build their own financial distribution business with the backing of an established organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop prospective investors in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Generate business through personal networking, referrals, local contacts and market development.
- Understand clients' financial goals, investment horizons and risk profiles.
- Facilitate mutual fund investment and SIP business through the Encompass platform.
- Coordinate with the Encompass team for onboarding, transactions, documentation and servicing.
- Maintain regular communication and relationship with existing clients.




- Identify opportunities for additional financial solutions such as retirement planning, insurance and other products offered through Encompass.
- Develop a sustainable local client base and grow the business over the long term.
- Follow all applicable regulatory, compliance and ethical requirements while carrying out distribution activities.

Business Model

This is a business partnership / franchisee opportunity and not an employment position.

The partner will operate as an independent business partner and will be responsible for developing business in the assigned territory. Commercial terms, revenue sharing, responsibilities, territory and other partnership conditions will be discussed separately with shortlisted candidates.
