Key ResponsibilitiesInstallationInstall electrical wiring, conduits, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and distribution boards. Install lighting systems in apartments, common areas, parking lots, and outdoor spaces. Set up electrical equipment such as water pumps, exhaust fans, elevators (where applicable), and backup power systems.
MaintenancePerform routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment. Maintain electrical panels, transformers, generators, and UPS systems. Replace faulty switches, outlets, light fixtures, and wiring.
Troubleshooting and RepairsDiagnose electrical faults, short circuits, power outages, and voltage issues. Repair damaged wiring, circuits, and electrical equipment. Respond to residents' electrical complaints and emergency breakdowns.
