As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in managing and operating network infrastructures within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of delivering client support, confirming seamless cloud operations and infrastructure management. This role offers the chance to work within our IT Infrastructure Managed Services, where you will engage with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions to meet client needs.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and build meaningful client relationships. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, guiding them through the intricacies of client engagements.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs effectively
- Overseeing cloud migration projects to enhance system performance and reliability
- Implementing cloud infrastructure architecture design to optimize resource utilization
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for cloud service delivery
- Conducting troubleshooting for cloud computing issues to maintain seamless operations
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk
- Collaborating with teams to develop cloud strategy and performance optimization plans
- Providing technical consultation on cloud-based service management and administration
- Confirming cloud compliance and security within managed services frameworks
- Supporting infrastructure management through analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
