- Customize and configure the D365 CE platform using various tools and technologies including but not limited to Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), and Power BI
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft D365 Finance application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
- Be responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and design and configure data migration strategies with the team.
- Collaborate, manage, and lead meetings with technical consultants and client/end-users.
- Support the Microsoft D365 Finance application to achieve the customer’s business requirements. Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process
- To have deep understanding & knowledge on latest D365 Modules & recent features, applications, and functionalities
The requirements for this role include:
- 10+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft D365 Finance/F&O.;
- Experience in developing functional specifications for D365 Finance enhancements and integrations
- Experience with setup,
configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of Dynamics 365 solutions using best practices implementation methodology
- Extensive experience in core financial modules like AP, AR, GL, FA, Treasury Management and Projects
- A deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 solutions & integrations
- Experience in design and creating test scenarios, functional test cases and User acceptance testing
- Use of Azure DevOps and other test management tools for all aspects from requirements to UAT.
Desired qualifications and skills: Graduate/post graduate degree in finance or related areas (B.Com/M.com., MBA)
Candidates with Microsoft certifications are preferred and will have an advantage over the others.
Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.
Ability to guide junior team members and co-ordinate with them to deliver above and beyond commitments.
Should have a strong learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementing them.
Should be a self-starter and initiative taker.
Should possess strong analytical skills and be detail oriented.
