The Creatives Bench is a boutique creative recruitment agency based in Hyderabad. We are currently hiring on behalf of a Hyderabad-based agency looking for a talented Junior Motion + Graphic Designer to join their team. All applications and initial hiring stages will be managed directly by The Creatives Bench.

Company Description This is a social-first design agency working across branding, content creation, social media and websites. The client roster leans premium and culture-rich, jewellery houses, textiles, and brands where craft and heritage are part of the story, not just the selling point. You'll be working alongside a team that treats every account as its own world to build, not a template to repeat.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

- Design social feed content for fashion, jewellery and premium lifestyle brands, grids that feel editorial and considered, built for a social-first audience.
- Bring motion into the feed. Animated type, kinetic transitions, product reveals and short-form edits that make a static grid feel alive.
- Cut and edit video content from raw shoot footage into reels and campaign films with genuine pacing, not just trimmed clips.
- Apply an established brand identity across every social touchpoint, holding visual hierarchy and tone whether it's a single post, a reel, or a nine-grid feed.
- Support brand identity work when it comes up. Logo refinements, typography systems, brand guideline updates, keeping the visual language consistent at its source.
- Design with the restraint luxury demands. Negative space, considered typography, and finishes that read as craft, not clutter.




- Maintain design systems across every touchpoint. Templates, brand kits, motion presets, so consistency doesn't rely on memory.
- Partner closely with the social media manager and copywriter, building layout, copy and motion as one idea from the brief stage, not stitched together after.
- Stay fluent in luxury and lifestyle design language, editorial fashion layouts, jewellery photography conventions, premium typography, and bring what's working into the studio's own output.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with branding work as a core part of your portfolio.
- Solid grip on design fundamentals. Typography, grid systems, visual hierarchy, color theory, and how they hold together across a full brand identity.
- A portfolio that shows range: social-first design alognside brand identity, proving you can zoom from a logo system to a single Instagram tile without losing the thread.
- An eye trained on fashion, luxury and premium lifestyle references, editorial magazines, runway campaigns, heritage brand identities, not just what's trending on Instagram this week.
- Working knowledge of video editing or motion software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut or similar). You don't need to be an animator, but your edits should feel intentional, not just assembled.
