We are looking for a creative Senior Motion Graphic Designer with strong video production skills and hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools. The role focuses on producing high-quality videos for digital campaigns, social media, branding, product marketing, and client communication.

Responsibilities

- Create motion graphics, reels, explainers, promotional videos, and brand campaigns

- Develop storyboards and turn concepts into polished video content

- Edit videos with typography, transitions, motion effects, and sound synchronization

- Optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, and websites

- Use AI tools for ideation, asset generation, video enhancement, subtitles, and voiceovers

- Create supporting thumbnails, banners, presentation visuals, and social media creatives

- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams

- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment

Requirements





- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro

- Working knowledge of Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud

- Strong understanding of animation, typography, pacing, storytelling, and sound

- Experience creating short-form and long-form commercial videos

- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, or Pika

- Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into traditional design and video workflows

- Robust graphic design and brand consistency skills

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities

- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design, video editing, and AI-enabled creative work
